Wednesday
5:00 - 6:00 PM Beginner Practice

Sunday
2:00 - 3:30 PM Practice (everyone)

Each wrestler must have an active USA Wrestling membership to participate

Practice Structure
Practices are scheduled for roughly 90 minutes
Predominantly technique practices with some sparing and combat
